I've been tempted before to check out Cameo and their set up doing special message and video greetings for fans but I must admit that their prices seem steep to me and I have often done things like that for free so I've avoided that platform. But, what I can offer you is to perform a Tyketto song of your choosing, dedicated to anyone you like, and make that video exclusively for you. 
Although most are, not every song is possible to perform acoustically so if you should choose one that I feel I can't do a good version of we'll contact you and ask you to choose another or offer you a full refund.
